Yannick Blättler 
Founder and CEO, Neoviso AG (Switzerland)
Yannick Blättler is founder and CEO of NEOVISO AG, spezialized on Gen Z.
They regularly conduct their own studies in various industries to analyse the 15-30 year old age group in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. They advise SMEs and corporations on how to deal with this young target group, develop strategic concepts for marketing and employer branding and create campaigns and videos with their in-house production team ‘NEOVISO Studio’.
Yannick holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Zurich and a Master's degree in Business Innovation from the University of St. Gallen, is a member of the Board of Directors of Messe Luzern AG and Chrampfcheibe AG alongside his 24-strong team and is co-founder of the Swiss student association NEO Network.
He is not only regularly on stage for topics such as marketing, leadership and HR, but also behind the microphone for his own Navigator podcast.

Alongside Dijana, he co-leads Crew Media, combining creative leadership with a commitment to authentic, community-driven digital campaigns. His focus remains on shaping the next generation of creators and content-first brand storytelling.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, branding, and business development, she has worked across industries such as healthcare, tourism, and lifestyle.
Her expertise lies in building strong brand strategies and guiding clients through the evolving digital landscape.
Alongside Dario, she co-leads the company with a shared vision of growth, authenticity, and innovation. Together, they have developed one of the most influential creator networks in the region, working with over 200 brands and 70+ TikTok creators to produce high-performing campaigns.
