Fabrizio Orlando 
Global Director Industry Affairs, Tripadvisor
Fabrizio joined Tripadvisor at the end of 2018 and since then leads the Industry Affairs and Government Relations team, overseeing the company’s institutional relationships, and global thought leadership projects and partnerships. Fabrizio works with legislators, national hospitality and tourism bodies, associations and non-governmental organizations to build Tripadvisor’s role as a trusted partner for stakeholders in the travel and tourism industry.
Fabrizio sits in the UN Tourism Affiliate Members Board and in the PATA Board, and is an Advisory Member of the UN Tourism Best Tourism Village initiative. He is also a lecturer for many universities, including La Sapienza, 24ORE Business School, and Federico II.
Fabrizio has a Philosophy degree from Federico II and a Master in Philosophy and Politics obtained at La Sorbonne University, and before joining Tripadvisor worked as a strategic consultant for Euromonitor International, a global consulting and market research firm.

Frank Halmos is the CEO of Ensana, Europe's leading health spa hotel brand.
With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, spanning operations, sales and marketing, quality management, and business development, he is committed to developing scientifically proven, credible, and effective health spa services.
These services leverage natural remedies, the health spa team's extensive medical expertise, and modern technology.
His focus is on introducing and enhancing general well-being through Ensana's health spa concept, while also driving sustainability, health spa-related research, and innovation.

Miguel Gallego 
Head of Marketing, European Travel Commission (Belgium)
Miguel Gallego has over fifteen years of experience in destination marketing.
He has held positions at various levels of tourism administration, ranging from city tourism boards to regional and national tourism organisations.
Since 2012, he has served as the Head of Marketing and Communication at the European Travel Commission. In this role, he coordinates various EU-funded projects in the tourism sector and provides support to National Tourism Organisations in their marketing efforts to promote Destination Europe across key long-haul markets.
Mr. Gallego is also a lecturer in tourism and a frequent speaker at international conferences. He has contributed to several publications and research papers related to destination marketing and tourism development.

Claudia Wagner 
Managing Director, FitReisen GmbH (Germany)
Claudia Wagner has been managing director of Fit Reisen, the No. 1 tour operator for Wellbeing & Health Holidays, since 1993. Every Healthy Holiday is developed according to our motto "Travel to feel good and stay in shape".
She is responsible for the areas product, product development as well as hotel purchasing and -consulting at the Fit Reisen headquarters in Frankfurt am Main.
The graduate business economist of tourism (FH) accompanies and shapes the success story of the company significantly. Due to her expertise in the field of healthy travel in Europe, she discovered the great potential in the areas of wellness, health & spa with packages focusing on Thermal treatments, Detox, Anti-Stress, Selfcare, Weight Loss in worldwide wellbeing & health resorts. With her many years of experience and expertise in this field and her good sense for trends, she has been continuously expanding the product range ever since. In addition, she advises hotels on how to put together attractive packages.
