Hiroshi Tanimura 
Executive Director, International Affairs Department at Japan Association of Travel Agents (Japan)
Hiroshi Tanimura is the Executive Director of the International Affairs Department at Japan Association of Travel Agents.
He started his career in 1987 when he entered the JTB Corp. He worked in sales for domestic and overseas group travel.
2003 Hiroshi Tanimura became the Planning Manager of overseas package tours to Europe, JTB World Vacations Inc.
In 2007 he started as Product Manager of Sunrise Tours (English tour for inbound tourists) at JTB Global Marketing & Travel.
Hiroshi Tanimura became Director at JTB Europe Ltd (European Product Department, London) in 2012 and Senior Producer, Inbound sales to Europe region in 2015.
In 2025 he started his current position at the Japan Association of Travel Agents.
Dr. Marcus Coplin

Dr. Coplin is a Naturopathic Medical Doctor specializing in the field of integrative Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine and integrative Oncology. He has over 15 years experience in the treatment of complex and chronic illnesses using hydrothermal therapy, nutrition, physical medicine, and natural medicines in conjunction with conventional treatment.
He is the leading specialist in Hydrothermal Medicine in North America and President of the Balneology Association of North America. He serves as the Medical Director for The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in Murrieta, California where he advises on the science-informed use of therapeutic thermal mineral hot spring water and Health Resort programming.

In addition to be being Co-Founder, Chairman and Creative Director of the Peninsula Hot Springs Group Charles is a leading spokesperson for the global Hot Springs industry holding the following positions; Ambassador Global Wellness Institute Hot Springs Initiative; Vice-president World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy (FEMTEC) with responsibility for Australasian and North America; Adjunct Professor in the Institute for Sustainable Industries & Liveable Cities at Victoria University.
