Petra Bailey is a strategic and visionary leader. She serves as Vice President at Ensana, Europe’s leading health spa group, where she leads the development of integrated medical and wellness award-winning programs grounded in evidence-based science and natural therapeutic resources. As one of the key executives behind the brand´s launch in 2019, Petra played a pivotal role in introducing Ensana to the international market. She is also responsible for Ensana’s global wellbeing strategy and legal oversight, ensuring excellence in both guest experience and operational integrity. Petra plays a key role in shaping the company´s people strategy, culture, and external brand reputation.

Her leadership has contributed to Ensana receiving multiple international awards, including Company of the Year. For her personal impact, leadership, and innovation across various fields, Petra has received several prestigious global awards recognizing her excellence in leadership, health innovation, and wellbeing impact. She was featured in Forbes Woman and named among the Top 20 Most Influential Women in the Czech Republic for her outstanding contributions.

She holds a master’s degree in law, an Executive MBA, and has completed executive leadership education at Harvard. Petra has also studied healthy aging and longevity medicine—areas that directly shape her visionary approach to modern spa medicine. She is currently completing her doctoral studies in law with a specialization in medical legislation and health systems.

Medical doctor, IT and healthcare entrepreneur and founder of Doktor24

Dr. János Kóka is a medical doctor, former Minister of Economy and Transport, IT and healthcare entrepreneur, and founder of Doktor24.

The 53-year-old businessman earned his medical degree from Semmelweis University in 1996. He went on to lead Elender, Hungary’s largest independent Internet service provider at the time, later becoming European Vice President of PSINet, the American company that acquired it.

In 2003, he was elected President of the Hungarian ICT Association. Between 2004 and 2007, he served as Minister of Economy and Transport, and from 2006 to 2010, he was a Member of Parliament and parliamentary group leader.

After 2010, he returned to the private sector, investing in and leading technology companies, primarily focused on international business development.

In 2019, he rejoined Doktor24, the healthcare company he had founded earlier, first as Chairman of the Board of Directors, later as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

He is a member of various international advisory bodies, including the BMW World Leaders Forum, Global Diplomacy Lab, and the Triple P Advisory Board.

As a public thinker, he is actively engaged in healthcare reform in Hungary and is working on a comprehensive national strategy for prevention, harm reduction, and longevity.

Eva Ruzicska MD, PhD is an experienced clinician with more than 15 years of demonstrated history of rheumatology consultation both in outpatient and hospital settings. She has strong scientific background with a PhD in medicine and experiences in world-class academic, clinical and pharmaceutical organizations. She also has extensive experience in innovative pharmaceutical industry medical affairs – product launch, developing new products and clinical research. She also has a specialisation in psychotherapy.

She has been working as the Head Physician of Ensana Health Spa Hotels in Hungary since 2023.
